Outdoor fitness continue even if the sunburn has worn off!

Tonight's workout couldn't be simpler.

8 x 400m complete each rep in either 1.15 or 2  minutes depending which group your were in and follow that with the same rest, so a 1:1 work to rest ratio.

If your in at the gym either use the treadmill or try this: 1.45min/500m on the rower and see if you can complete 8 reps.
