Our new June timetable is alive and kicking!!
With Lisa joining the team on a permanent basis she will be blasting you in Legs, Bums and Tums on Monday nights at 6pm, getting you some abs of steal for the summe in Ab-livion on Wednesday nights at 7pm, and kicking some Girly Butt in Small Group Trainings Girls Boot Camp (there is one space left!).
Also debuting on the timetable this time round is some fun dance fitness classes: Glee! Dance Fitness will give you a sweaty inspired work out to the lastest tunes from the hit tv show Glee!, and Popstar fitness will get you a body like a Beyonce - while dancing to a different stars music each week - from Beyonce to Gaga, and Take That to Black Eyed Peas!!
