Chris has been involved in the fitness industry 19 years, the last 11 working in professional rugby as a strength and conditioning coach at Leicester Tigers and Cardiff Blues. His main responsibilities were to develop players physically to compete at Regional, International and British Lions level. It was a balance of applied sports science and a little luck that Sam Warburton, Leigh Halfpenny and Jamie Roberts all developed under Chris's systematic guidance and program design.
Having studied for a masters degree in sport and exercise science and having ambitions to play professional cricket, Chris quickly realised the fitness industry was going to be a more sustainable career!The journey started in the 1990's and Chris has a passion to develop every day athletes through a blend of strength and conditioning and integrated lifestyle habits.
